The Site describes our studio and our services. Content on the Site is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice.

Nothing on the Site is an offer that you can accept to form a contract. Our paid services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by you and 22ATLAS LLC (for example, a master services agreement and an order). If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls.

When you submit a form on the Site, such as a request for a free audit, you ask us to contact you about your request. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or oblige either of us to buy or provide any service. We may decline or not respond to any request.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that it is yours or you are allowed to share it, and that you will not submit anyone else's personal information without permission. Please do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, health information, or other sensitive information through Site forms.

How we handle the information you submit, including our use of analytics and advertising tools, is described in our Privacy Policy at 22atlas.com/privacy/.

You agree not to:

• use the Site in a way that breaks any law or the rights of others;
• submit false, misleading, or spam form entries, or submit entries in someone else's name;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' information;
• interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malware or placing an unreasonable load on it;
• scrape, copy, or collect content or data from the Site by automated means, except standard search engine indexing; or
• use the Site to build a competing product or to train an AI model on Site content without our written permission.

We may limit or block access to the Site for anyone who breaks these Terms.

The Site, including its text, design, graphics, images, video, logos, and code, is owned by 22ATLAS LLC or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. "22Atlas" and our logos are our brand marks.

You may view and share links to the Site for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission, except as the law allows.

If you send us ideas or suggestions about the Site or our services, you agree we may use them without restriction or payment to you. This does not apply to information you share under a signed agreement or a nondisclosure agreement with us, which those agreements govern.

Any examples, case descriptions, or sample outputs on the Site are illustrations. They are not a promise of any particular result for your business. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Some Site content may be prepared with the help of AI tools and reviewed by us. We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become out of date, and we may change it at any time without notice.

The Site may link to, embed, or use third-party websites and services (for example, scheduling, analytics, and advertising tools). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, 22ATLAS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, 22ATLAS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100).

This section applies only to your use of the Site. Liability for paid services is governed by the signed agreement for those services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

You agree to defend and indemnify 22ATLAS LLC against claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, including information you submit that you did not have the right to submit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the laws of your home state that cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Changes apply from that date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
