Privacy

Updated 1 November 2026

22Atlas is a product studio. This site is a marketing page, not a product that collects accounts.

This Privacy Policy covers 22atlas.com and all of its subdomains, including the go.22atlas.com pages we use for offers and advertising, which are part of our site.

The project form sends your name, email, and message to 22Atlas so we can reply about the inquiry. Delivery goes to hello@mail.22atlas.com, an inbox 22Atlas controls. We use Resend to send form messages to us by email and AgentMail to receive and store them. These providers handle the messages on our behalf. We do not sell that information for money.

When you ask for a free resource on our site, such as our coding agent skills, you give us your email address and, if you choose, your first name. We use them to send you the resource by email, through Resend, and we save them as a contact in our customer records (HubSpot), with a note of which resource you asked for and when.

Someone at 22Atlas may also email you personally to ask how the resource worked for you or whether we can help with a project. We do not add you to the 22Atlas newsletter or any other mailing list unless you sign up for it separately. You can tell us to stop emailing you at any time by replying or writing to hello@mail.22atlas.com, and we will.

HubSpot and Resend process this information for us under their terms, in the United States. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else unless the law requires it. We keep your contact record until you ask us to delete it, or until 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. You can ask us to see, correct or delete it by writing to hello@mail.22atlas.com.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 for aggregated traffic reporting.

We use HubSpot tracking cookies to measure site visits and to connect form submissions with your earlier visits.

When we run ads on Google, X or Meta (Facebook and Instagram), we use the Google Ads tag on 22atlas.com and go.22atlas.com, and the X pixel and Meta Pixel on some pages, to record that a visit or a form submission (for example, a project inquiry, an audit request or a launch form) came from an ad, so we can measure ad performance. We also use Meta's Conversions API, which sends the same kind of event from our server to Meta. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers and send Google, X and Meta information such as your IP address, device and browser details, the page you visited, and the fact that a form was submitted. When you arrive from an ad, we also save the ad click ID (such as Google's gclid) and the campaign tags in the link (UTM values, such as the ad source and campaign name) with any form you submit, and store them in our customer records (HubSpot) so we know which ads lead to inquiries. We do not send Google or X the contents of any form. When you submit a form, we send Meta a hashed (SHA-256) copy of your email address and, if you gave one, your phone number, along with Meta's browser cookies (fbp and fbc), your IP address, your browser's user agent, and the page URL. We never send Meta your name, your message, or your email or phone number in readable form. Meta can use the hashed values to match the submission to a Meta account, so hashing protects the raw values but does not make the data anonymous. We use this to measure and improve our ads. We send it only for visitors in the United States, and never when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Google, X and Meta handle that information under their own privacy policies (policies.google.com/privacy, x.com/en/privacy and facebook.com/privacy/policy) and may use it for their own purposes, including ad personalization.

To opt out of ad tracking, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser or email hello@mail.22atlas.com and we will stop sending your data to Google, X and Meta.

Some US state privacy laws treat this kind of ad measurement as "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money. To opt out of this ad measurement, you can turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser, which this site honors by not loading the Google Ads tag, X pixel or Meta Pixel and by not sending events through the Meta Conversions API; block third-party cookies in your browser; or adjust your settings at myadcenter.google.com, in X's Privacy and safety settings, and in Meta's Accounts Center under Ad preferences and Your activity off Meta technologies.

We don't add other advertising networks' tags unless this page is updated first.

Cookies we use for ad measurement.

US visitors to 22atlas.com and go.22atlas.com may receive these first-party cookies, set by the Google Ads tag or the Meta Pixel on 22atlas.com:

CookiePurposeRetention
_gcl_auLinks a visit to later conversions so we can measure ad performanceAbout 90 days
_gcl_awStores the Google ad click ID when you arrive from a Google adAbout 90 days
_gaDistinguishes visitors for aggregated traffic reporting in Google AnalyticsUp to 2 years
_ga_<container-id>Keeps session state for Google AnalyticsUp to 2 years
_fbpSet by the Meta Pixel to link a visit to later conversions so we can measure Meta ad performanceAbout 90 days
_fbcStores the Meta ad click ID when you arrive from a Meta adAbout 90 days
GCL_AW_PSet by Google on its own domain (partitioned, so it only works on our site) to store the Google ad click ID when you arrive from a Google ad, so we can measure ad performanceAbout 90 days

We use these only to measure whether our ads lead to project inquiries. We do not use them to build advertising audiences or personalize ads, and we have told Google not to use this data for ad personalization. The Google Ads tag, the X pixel and the Meta Pixel may also set cookies, including cookies on Google's, X's and Meta's own domains. We do not set these ad cookies or send Conversions API events for visitors outside the US, or for anyone whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

How to opt out.

Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (we then do not load the Google Ads tag, X pixel or Meta Pixel, do not send Conversions API events, and do not read existing ad cookies), clear or block cookies in your browser settings, or adjust your settings at myadcenter.google.com, in X's Privacy and safety settings, and in Meta's Accounts Center.

The 22Atlas newsletter

Who we are. 22ATLAS LLC ("22Atlas," "we") runs this list. It is the same list whether you sign up on 22atlas.com or sean-weldon.com. Contact: hello@mail.22atlas.com or (786) 228-6661, 22ATLAS LLC, 3000 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 210A PMB1185, Miami, FL 33137, United States.

What we collect. Your email address; the date and time you signed up and confirmed; the site and page you signed up from; the version of the signup text you saw; your IP address and browser type at signup and confirmation; and the date you unsubscribe, if you do.

Why. To send you the 22Atlas newsletter, up to one email a day, with new Articles and posts from 22atlas.com and sean-weldon.com and occasional news about 22Atlas services, and to keep a record that you asked for it. We rely on your consent. We do not use this list for anything else and we do not sell or rent it.

Who else sees it. HubSpot (our contact database) and Resend (our email sender) process it for us under their terms. Both are in the United States, so your data is handled there. We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it. While you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a do-not-email list so we never email you again, plus your consent record for 24 months to show we followed the rules. Signups that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days.

Your choices. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works right away. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@mail.22atlas.com. If you are in the EU, UK or another place with similar laws, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes. If we change how we use this list, we'll update this section and ask again before using your email for anything new.
