/agents/quote-follow-up

Quotes that
don’t go quiet.

It tracks every quote you send, follows up in your voice on the schedule you set, and tells you when a customer is ready to talk. Every message waits for your OK.

Part of the Sales seat.

The problem.

  • Quotes stall after one emailWithout a second message, the job often goes to whoever followed up first.
  • Timing is hard to get rightToo soon feels pushy. Too late and they have moved on.
  • Context is scatteredWhat the customer asked for sits across email, notes and someone’s memory.

What the agent does.

  1. 01

    Logs the quote

Picks up each quote from your inbox or CRM with its value, date and what the customer asked for.

  2. 02

    Drafts the follow-up

Writes a short note in your voice that mentions their job, on the schedule you set.

  3. 03

    Reads the reply

Sorts yes, no, not now and questions, and moves the deal to match.

  4. 04

    Hands it over

A yes comes to you to book. A question comes with an answer already drafted.

Status.

Blueprint. We build this in your own accounts: its own login, a log of every action and limits you set. The examples on this page are illustrative and use no client data.

Questions.

What does it need access to?

The inbox you send quotes from and your CRM. It gets its own login, not yours, so every action is logged and you can switch it off at any time.

Does it send anything on its own?

Not unless you choose that. By default each follow-up comes to you first as a short request: approve it and it goes, decline it and it stops.

Can my team take it over later?

Yes. We manage it by default, and if your team wants to run it we train them and plan a handover.
